Our Mission

To contribute to sustainable improvements in the living conditions of most disadvantaged people in Ghana, particularly children, women and farmers by working through partnerships and volunteering in interrelated economic and social projects.

Introduction

LifeCare Ghana (LIFECARE) was formed in 2004 by youths and women in Wa as a community-based agency and was incorporated in 2011 as a non-profit company limited by guarantee in Ghana.

Our Activities

  • Capacity building in agricultural livelihoods and climate adaptation techniques
  • Support in strengthening cooperatives and business development
  • Conduct participatory research work in renewable energy

Our Achievements

  • Implemented the SPRING project, improving Shea product quality for 101 small scale processors
  • Equipped 152 MSMEs with digital skills under the MCRRP project
  • Trained over 250 people in entrepreneurship in Jirapa Municipality
